What You’ll Do
Pre-Sales & Commercial Support
Partner closely with Business Development and Sales teams in customer-facing interactions
Lead and support scientific discussions during sales cycles, including demos, technical deep dives, and evaluations
Translate customer needs into clear scientific and technical approaches
Help position Converge Bio’s platform in a compelling and differentiated way
Post-Sales & Customer Delivery
Work with R&D to ensure successful execution of customer collaborations
Own or support delivery of high-quality scientific outputs to customers
Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and value realization
Support troubleshooting, analysis, and scientific interpretation throughout engagements
Scientific Communication & Thought Leadership
Develop scientific content including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations
Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and industry events
Contribute to building Converge Bio’s scientific and market presence
Additional Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
MsC / PhD in Biology, Bioinformatics, Immunology, or a related field
Strong understanding of computational biology / bioinformatics
Excellent communication and presentation skills (native-level English)
Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, compelling narratives
Familiarity with AI / computational drug discovery
Advantage: Experience in customer-facing roles
