The Role

We are seeking a Solution Scientist, a PhD-level bioinformatician with strong communication skills and native-level English to join our growing team.
This role sits at the intersection of science, technology, and business — helping customers understand and leverage Converge Bio’s AI-driven solutions for drug discovery.

What You’ll Do

You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with R&D, business development, and marketing teams to deliver scientific results to customers, join customer and sales calls, represent the company at conferences, and contribute to thought leadership and scientific marketing content.

• Scientific Delivery: Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure successful execution of customer collaborations and timely delivery of high-quality scientific outcomes.

• Sales & Pre-Sales Support: Participate in customer and sales meetings to explain Converge Bio’s technologies.

• Scientific Marketing & Communication: Develop technical content such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, and presentations that communicate the impact of Converge Bio’s platform.

• Conference Participation: Represent Converge Bio at scientific and industry conferences.

• Product Feedback: Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams, relaying scientific feedback to help refine product capabilities and align with market needs.

• Travel: Expected international travel about twice per quarter.

• This role requires calls with US partners during Tel Aviv evening hours.

What We’re Looking For

• PhD in biology, bioinformatics, or immunology.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with native-level English proficiency.

• Proven ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear and compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

• Familiarity with AI and computational drug discovery.

• Advantage: Experience in customer-facing roles.
