The Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to support cross-functional initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and help scale our commercial and strategic activities.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct competitive and market analysis, including landscape mapping, positioning, and differentiation.

  • Support and manage applications to pharma-led competitions and programs related to Converge Bio’s services and offerings.

  • Analyze and evaluate the sales cycle, including process mapping, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements.

  • Track and analyze key business and operational metrics to support strategic revenue planning and decision-making.

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, R&D, and Leadership to support go-to-market and strategic initiatives.

  • Assist with preparation of materials for external stakeholders (pharma partners, competitions, strategic forums).

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, business analysis, commercial operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar role.

  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to read, understand, and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

  • Experience with financial analysis, such as evaluating pricing models, revenue structures, cost drivers, and unit economics.

  • Ability to analyze and assess sales cycles and commercial processes, including identifying financial bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex or ambiguous business questions.

  • Experience preparing or supporting business cases, financial narratives, or external-facing applications (e.g., competitions, partnerships, programs).

  • High attention to detail and strong ownership over deliverables.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, R&D, and Leadership.

  • Experience in legal, compliance, or contract-related work - advantage.
