The Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to help drive Converge Bio’s rapid commercial growth by identifying, engaging, and closing strategic partnerships with leading biotech, pharma, CRO, and CDMO organizations.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, early-stage AI startup and play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market and revenue strategy.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior AE, you will work closely with the CEO, scientific leadership, and marketing teams to build lasting customer relationships and bring Converge Bio’s cutting-edge AI solutions to the life sciences market.

  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through closing, deployment, and ongoing account management.

  • Develop tailored proposals and commercial agreements in coordination with legal and executive leadership.

  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, lead generation, and content strategy with target accounts.

  • Partner with scientific and technical teams to translate complex customer needs into actionable, high-impact solutions.

  • Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams on customer requirements, market trends, and competitive dynamics.

  • Represent Converge Bio at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

  • Domestic Travel: Expected approximately once a month.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within life sciences, AI, or deep tech.

  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals and managing long-term strategic relationships.

  • Strong understanding of scientific R&D workflows, or ability to quickly grasp technical and scientific concepts.

  • Native-level English proficiency with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

  • Advantage: Previous sales experience in the life sciences industry.

  • Advantage: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences or a related field.
