Find antibodies against your target

Find antibodies against your target

Full sequences, affinities measured in a lab, IP status, and clinical stage. Readouts from the published record and our curated database, available for your target in seconds.

Discovery Doesn’t Need to Start from Zero

Discovery Doesn’t Need to Start from Zero

For many targets, antibodies have already been made and measured across different assays, with some also progressing into clinical studies. That information exists across multiple sources, from open databases to patent disclosures, but not in a form that can be used: sequences buried in patent listings, the record of a single antibody split over dozens of unrelated filings, and clinical and biological context scattered across separate registries. Assembling it for a single target can take weeks. Find a Lead does that in seconds.

Type a target name, gene symbol or a synonym.

Choose how to rank

Choose how to rank

Rank the antibodies by what matters to your program: number of measurements, humanness, clinical maturity, cross-reactivity, freedom to operate, and more. Set the priority order and the table re-ranks live against your weighting.

04

Read the result

Read the result

The table lists each lead with format, measured affinity, IP status and clinical stage. The side panel covers the target itself: how many antibodies exist, how many reached the clinic, and how much of the surrounding IP has lapsed.

05

Open the report on any lead

Open the report on any lead

Click any lead and you get validated wet-lab data, not estimates: binding and potency across a variety of assays, each with the method behind it, plus clinical and preclinical maturity, cross-reactivity, and the full VH and VL sequences with CDRs annotated to IMGT. Every value names its source, and the report downloads as a file.

Your next lead is a few clicks away.

Who else is working on your target

The competitive picture in one place: how many antibodies exist against the target, how many reached the clinic, and how much of the surrounding IP has lapsed. This is the work that normally gets done late, when a program is already committed. Here it is available on day one.

A report built on measured data, not estimates

A report built on measured data, not estimates

Every lead opens into a deep report, and it is accurate because the values in it were measured in a wet lab, not estimated. Binding, potency, cross-reactivity and developability, each with the assay and the method behind it.

You see all of it in one place, traceable to the source it was read from. Where Converge computes a value rather than reading one, it is labeled a prediction.

Where there is room to improve

Where there is room to improve

Ask where a lead is weak and the system marks it: liability motifs on the sequence, humanness per chain, thermal stability, and claim status with an expiry date next to it. Those are the places a better molecule is possible.

The legal call on freedom to operate stays with you and your counsel.

Questions

Questions

What do I get?

Find a Lead returns known antibodies against your target, ranked by the criteria you choose. Each lead opens into a downloadable report covering binding, sequence, maturity, developability, immunogenicity, cross-reactivity, and more.

Do I get the actual sequences?

Yes. When a sequence is available in the published or patent record, the full antibody sequence is included with source traceability and annotations.

Where does the data come from?

The report combines curated public databases, patent disclosures, published studies, clinical records, and measured assay data, with every value linked back to its source.

Is any of this AI-generated?

Measured and published values are reported as sourced. When Converge computes a value, it is clearly labeled as a prediction rather than a measurement.

Can I change how results are ranked?

Yes. You can prioritize the criteria that matter to your program, including affinity, maturity, developability, cross-reactivity, freedom to operate, and more.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your searches and program data remain private and are handled according to Converge Bio’s security and data-protection practices.

What does it cost to try?

You can begin with five free target searches in the Converge WebApp and review the first results before expanding usage.

What’s Next?

What’s Next?

A known lead means the target is validated, the biology is run and the sequence is published. The work is what comes after: better affinity, better developability, fewer manufacturing problems.
